Standard Inspection Fee

$150 Per Inspection

At State Building Inspection Services, we believe inspection pricing should be clear, fair, and predictable.

To simplify the process for builders, lenders, homeowners, and investors, we offer a straightforward flat-rate structure for standard inspections.

Flexible & Project-Based Pricing

While we offer flat-rate pricing for standard inspections, larger or multi-phase projects will qualify for customized or bundled pricing.

We are happy to work with clients to develop a fair, project-specific fee based on scope, schedule, and inspection requirements.

Certain inspections may require additional time, technical expertise, or expanded documentation. These inspections are priced individually based on project scope and requirements.

Service Areas Included

A standard service area of Elmore, Tallapoosa, Macon, Lee, Chambers, Coosa, and Montgomery counties are included in our flat-rate & flexible pricing.

Projects located outside this area may include a modest travel fee, which will always be discussed prior to scheduling.

1. Submit your inspection request.

2. We confirm inspection type and quantity.

3. A detailed electronic invoice is issued.

4. Payment may be completed securely using one of the accepted methods.
