Rental Certificates of Occupancy

Lightning Affidavits

Lightning affidavits are required by insurance companies to verify lightning damage to a property. These documents help confirm that damage was caused by a lightning event and support insurance claims and underwriting requirements.

Lightning affidavits and itemized quotes will be provided by University Electric, Inc.

Certain inspections may require additional time, technical expertise, or expanded documentation. These inspections are priced individually based on project scope and requirements.

Service Areas Included

A standard service area of Elmore, Tallapoosa, Macon, Lee, Chambers, Coosa, and Montgomery counties are included in our flat-rate & flexible pricing.

Projects located outside this area may include a modest travel fee, which will always be discussed prior to scheduling.
