State Building Inspection Services provides professional third-party inspections across Alabama for builders, lenders, realtors, home buyers, and sellers.
We offer simple flat-rate pricing of $150 per inspection with fast scheduling and reliable reporting.
While we offer flat-rate pricing for standard inspections, larger or multi-phase projects may qualify for customized or bundled pricing. We are happy to work with clients to develop a fair, project-specific fee based on scope, schedule, and inspection requirements.
